# Account and settings

> Profile, appearance, data, and account deletion.

Open **Settings** from the sidebar.

## Language

Grein is in English and Italian. It follows your browser language by default. Change it in **Appearance** or from the sidebar.

## Download your data

In **Profile → Your data**, choose boards and projects, comments and chat, profile info, or AI chat history, then click **Download my data**.

## Delete your account

In **Profile → Delete account**, type `DELETE` to confirm. Sign back in within 30 days to restore it.
